You see, I bought a couple of days Joomla watch pro ok?
everything worked fine but today I installed a new module for my web site---> mod_shoutbox---> I bought too
but this chat ruined everything.

Now I have 500 error in joomlawatch>Js>Maps
my Joomla watch Agent not works

Obviusly I have my key and code for google, the modules are enable

All permission are fine, 1 point.. i saw my ht.acces with 0 kb
I dont understand what means the msg in th image
I tried deleting row in PHmy Admin but nothing

I think this is the same issue =)

sometimes the .htaccess can be empty, but there can be some global restrictions to access directories directly from the global PHP configuration.

Now its fine, but I could see that the module (watch_agenT)is not a problem, the problem comes i think from some scrip after installing the chat or after putting a video of Youtube.

If you are using Akeeba tools you need to add an exeption, so JoomlaWatch can access the directory /components/com_joomlawatch/js/ as shown on: www.codegravity.com/img/akeeba.png

Thanks matto unfortunately I do not use Akeeba butt I have accses to my PHPMYAdmin
so I try to do everything but nothing, I delet rand but nothing.

If you remember I was told by the chat but no, the chat is fine Ihave only joomlawatch now on my site with out chat but no works, I mean T uninstall and install again and works but joomlawatch needs one day need one day not to run again;
Same massage bla, bla bla bla in js/maps bla bla bla rand= xxxxxx

There are just few users who reported this, for 99% this works on 100% with PRO version. Your money is never lost, I'm issuing a refund for you now.

I can understand that it's a hassle to deal with some problems, but in most of the cases, these problems are caused by 3rd party components and plugins and not JoomlaWatch.

As you can see now works fine but i think I have the answers,

Look, I realized in my FTP i ""have control"" why? because apparently I can give permission, but my hosting has me very safe the because i cant change permissions if I do not comment to them.

Well my error comes from js/maps ok I realized that file cant be modified I need the other permission ok, so I told with my hosting and now They give permission to the folders that I wanted (10 minutes ago, now in méxico 11:50 am January 23) so I'm trying, maybe ths could be the error or......



The second probability is this:

Look i have a module called Time zone clock ok? works fine with free joomla watch, but with pro version I dont know what happend,
if I install joomla watch pro having installed Time zone clock this module dissapears from my site

so as i told you joomla watch works fine now but..... (i hope for ever), time zone clock is now installed and published (but not appear in my site )
I dont wanna touch anymore, I just want my joomla watch working please.

Look I have a template but I never paid for it, is a nice Template but if I need to pay for it I will pay, no problem, look if I search my site in google it appears (So far so goodso ok?) well if you press on the link that google gives sends you to another address but not mine, so my hosting server said to me:
you got the template and that template unpaid is cracked, can works but is cracked redirects, that is the reason.

My server Hosting gave to my a link to execute, after that my site goes fine in google but I dont know, maybe 1 or 2 days after be the same again.

I mention this to you because yesterday I searched googlemy site an appears but redirect to another site, good thing is that I realized that being on that page I saw my site and the agent icon had disappeared, as the problem I always had, remember?
Well instantly when you leave (closed) this page my agent back to normal.

I found the error, only works on Mozilla Firefox, on IE not works

if it helps someone this is the solution:

if you have a payment server (like me) then you need give permissions (777) to Js> Maps

its all, if you cant you need talk with your host to give that important permission.
