After installing .12, I get this error for AGENT:

I get this with VISITOR:

I have 5 other Joomla sites with JW and have never seen this problem before.

Set the right tmp folder in the Admin area of Joomla (General settings)

As I looked in both the Admin > Global Config >Server I see that the TMP path is correct. I also looking in my configuration.php file and its the same. SO, it is not the tmp path.

What happens is, when the agent or the visitor mod is active, the page goes white and lists everything in text form on the left side of the screen. As soon as you turn it off, the front page returns to normal. This time, I didnt get the code from below, just the white texted page.

Having similar problems, I updated my Joomla from 1.5.14 to 1.5.20 and had problems with JoomlaWatch not working so I upgraded that to the latest
1.2.12 and these errors came up in Admin Live Stats of JoomlaWatch

Checked config.php file in Joomla and all is the same as before upgrade(s)
I followed the JoomlaWatch Debug process (sticky in this forum) turned on debug and set live site. I then got another error in Admin Live Stats.

Yes I did get it resolved, what had happened for me was after I did an upgrade upgrade 1.5.14 to 1.5.20 a directory was removed? I dont know why
but I went ahead and created the dir from a recent backup and all is good now. It was apparent when I read through the errors that I was having what the issue was a missing file/dir of some kind. If you are having the exact same errors as I did then its easy to fix if not you should post them and see if you can get the help here you need.

the details;
in the directory
/modules/mod_whosonline/
there should be a dir called tmpl/
and in that dir are 2 files default.php and an index.html

my errors had to do with a non existent /tmpl/default.php file
