JoomlaWatch Install problem with agent module 7 Months, 1 Week ago

I'm using

Joomla 1.5.15
JoomlaWatch 1.2.9

This is a new installation of JoomlaWatch.

The JoomlaWatch component seems to install fine.

When I install the agent module it appears to install but when I go to publish it I get the following error:

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/vhosts/domainname.com/html/administrator/components/com_modules/controller.php on line 540

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/vhosts/domainname.com/html/administrator/components/com_modules/controller.php on line 541

on the Extension manager page. When I click on add new module, the agent module is not listed.

I noticed when I went to uninstall mod_joomlawatch_agent that the version, date and author fields are blank.

Any help will be appreciated.
