No info showing 8 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi, have installed the latest version on J1.08.

There are no errors reporting at all, but there is no info either in the backend.

I've checked everything and seeing that this is a first time install there is nothing that I can see that conflicts.

I can see users online being reported by the basic core and if I re-enable awstats I can see the hits and detailed data as reported by awstats.

To make sure there is no conflicts I've only enabled one or the other, so this has got me lost as to what could be the problem.

Is there anything that is needed in the template itself???

The modual is activated and the icon shows as required, but once again as for info , nothing, just white space...no errors being reported even with debugging.

edit img.php and remove the error_reporting(0); line,

then open in your browser www.yoursite.com/components/com_joomlawatch/img.php

and check if there are some error or warning messages.

500 server error 8 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I'm having the same problem. I've installed and published everything... then no data... so I looked at this forum and did the img.php thing suggested, but still get a 500 server error and no data. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Does the rewrite rule need to be on? I.E RewriteEngine on

Same error 500 here and have not had a chance to debug... But, according to my log the code is causing a crash listed in my SUEXEC error_log:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2008-12-02 19:53:18]: uid: (2176/somethingco) gid: (2176/somethingco) cmd: fcgiwrappe

This seems to happen even when removing the line... error_reporting(0);

I realy like this stats program and intend to find a solution and donate once it's working.

Any suggestions?
