I just know this had to be answered before but I can't find it at all. So I'm sorry to ask again..

The issue I'm having and have had for many versions before. Is the time. My servers time is set right. which is my time but at 7pm everyday all my stats for the day reset to 0. Can you tell how I can fix this please... Once again sorry..

Regards... Dominick

Hi Dominick,
exactly at 7pm ?? It's quite strange. Is this happening every day?
Can you make some video of that issue and send it to me? You can use eg. the viewlet cam software and export it as a flash or animated gif.

I have the same problem.

On the left side (Latest Visitors) the time is OK.

On the right side the time is NOT ok. it is delayed for 18 hours, i.e. the day starts at 18:00!!

I can not imagine how there are two different times on THE SAME PAGE?!

Using JoomlaWatch 1.2.8b

yes I will. and yes from your oldest version, 7pm everyday at the same time. No matter how sites I use it on. However all my sites are on the same server.

I am having the exact same problem..

The left hand side where active visitors are displayed indicates the correct time.

However.. the right had side where total visitors are tracked has the wrong time.

Today at this moment, it is 11:08am EST on Sunday.. left side is correct.. however.. right side shows that it is still Saturday.

Maybe this will help:

I am in the UTC+1 zone and have websites on hosts in USA (UTC - 5 to UTC - 8)

A) On some sites I have to set TIMEZONE_OFFSET in JoomlaWatch to +7 (host in Dallas) to have "We have guests online DATE:TIME" correct. On these sites "Visit stats for week" is wrong for about 18 hours (18 hours back).

On other sites I have to set TIMEZONE_OFFSET in JoomlaWatch to -9 (host on west coast) to have "We have guests online DATE:TIME" correct. On these sites "Visit stats for week" seems to be OK?!

My question is: what should be the correct time offset for USA webhosts (UTC - 5 to UTC - 8), negative or positive?
Is this related to some server setting?

What does Joomla Global Configuration - Locale Settings set? I have set it to UTC+1 as this is my time. It seems that this setting has no influence to JoomlaWatch.

Hope this will help.

Hi,
because some of the questions are not so simple as they seem. Regarding the igor's question: Yes it's related to server setting. It's like you have to adjust your arm watch time when travelling between the timezones. It's the same with JoomlaWatch.

Hi!

I have the same problem. I'm in Sweden and I've already ajusted the TIMEZONE_OFFSET to +6.

The time in the latest Visitors it's ok (but i can't see the date) as well as the time in WE HAVE GUESTS ONLINE.

However, the date is delayed in the right column (visit stats, daily stats etc).

I tried to change the code you suggested in an other post, but without success.

Have you found any solution for this?

I have an other question.

How can I see how many visits and members I have online at this moment?

I only see "XXXX We have guests online day.month.year time:minutes:seconds"

Thanks
