Why hasn't CodeGravity responded to my forum post?

Please understand that some of your support questions cannot be answered as quickly as you'd like to. It's because this is not our primary "business" - most of the components and stuff on this page are free. We are trying to answer most of them, but simply we don't have any resources or time.

If you found a bug, please use the appropriate form, rather than posting a new forum topic. It's more likely that your bug will be resolved in the next version. You may also be asked to co-operate while trying to fix this bug. Please post as much information as possible.

If you are technically skilled, please try to determine where the problem might be, or try contribute with your own solution and share with everyone else. It will be appreciated.

Thank you.
