What PHPanket is?

It's universal PHP+MySQL polling system, which you can use on your webpage.

easy to use and maintain multiple polls

user friendly maintanance

percentual, integral and graphic display of voting data

overall number of votes

browsing even older polls directly from the webpage

fully configurable look - colors, background images, bars images, thickness of lines, color of borders etc.

safety of your polling system - entering the manager after correct login and password

can be used both on static (.htm) or dynamic (.php) web pages

voting person can be asked for his e-mail address

lottery from these e-mail addresses

to prevent multiple votes - one vote only per 24 hodin from the same IP address

How to use PHPanket?

First, we have to extract archive phpanket-v3.0.zip to c:\phpanket

Entering the polls manager

To enter the manager, you must write correct login/password

Now you are in the "Admin menu", which offers main tasks for poll maintenance

Creating new poll

After clicking the "Create new poll", you will see the user-friendly wizard

Then we can specify, how many option will the vote have, and if the user has to enter his e-mail address.

This step is most important
We specify here the question and the options

In next step we will see how the poll would look like

..and then "thanks for creating new poll"

Briefing, how would our poll look like

Our new poll on the page...

We can try to vote, and enter our e-mail address.

Our vote has been acknowledged

Deleting poll

We can return to the main menu, from which we will choose "Detele poll". Here we see the list of all created polls. We want to delete for example poll number 12 - we click on 'delete'...

..and the poll is erased

e-mail address lottery

From the main menu we choose "e-mail lottery"
We will see the list of polls, which required mail

We will confirm the option, and have the winning e-mail

Browsing polls

If we want users to vote in multiple polls at one time, we can use the links on the bottom of poll - "previous" and "next"

Registration required
I know that people don't like registering on websites, but I had to do it. From this moment you have to register first, before you download any file. This is better, because this way I can give you quick info about new version of downloadable files (eg. MathGuard) or some necessary security fixes. Thanks for understanding. (26.08.2007)

New content management system
Codegravity.com is now running on joomla cms :) Added features like comments, forum etc. I hope you'll like it. Today I fixed the problem with the comment module which was not showing the correct images. There is also a new URL structure. For the old urls there is a 301 (Moved permanently) http redirect. Moved to another hosting
Codegravity.com has been moved to another web hosting - CustomHosting.sk, from the previous pipni.cz, mainly because of the mod_rewrite problems and slow loading of the website. Sorry for some problems that lasted for about an hour. (19.01.2007)

The Antispam verification
