Just had a message from my host that my website size was approching its limit. Puzzled I made a copy of the site on my desktop and narrowed it down to a 125mb error_log file in the joomlawatch (1.2.9) component.

Here's a copy of what's been repeating ad infinitum

[02-Sep-2010 16:34:42] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: mm_create(0, /tmp/session_mm_cgi629) failed, err mm:core: failed to open semaphore file (File exists) in Unknown on line 0

Checked other installs of Joomlawatch and found similar +100mb files and then some only a few kb

This one had repeated in error_log to 140mb! (1.2.10_04)

[02-Sep-2010 20:51:06] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/ cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
